BhT with respect to the environment and its customers integrate solar energy in heating, hot water and electricity production. So the solar house uses collectors exploiting the energy the sun offers both solar water heaters and with photovoltaics.
The proposal of B & T in the use of solar energy puts emphasis not only on good performance and technical characteristics of the installation and to produce healthy, domestic hot water with absolute respect for the clients.
Both the boiler and the installation of the panels are manufactured with the following characteristics to serve the demanding requirements of the company:

Strong polyurethane insulation (green) up to 60mm thickness and density of 40,5 kg/m3 for full insulation
Water tank (boiler) by special steel 1204 VE 3mm thick glazing specialist.
Check tightness pressure test up to 15 ATM.
The boiler is protected internally by double layers of glass hard (DURO-GLASS)from BAYERN and the FERRO DIN4753/3-5-8 baked at 830o C
Horizontal welding of the tank inside and out (one of the unique innovations).

SOLAR HEATING

The solar heating container positioned between the boiler and floor heating system which is inside the heat exchanger connected to the solar collectors to heat reaching the water floor during the days of winter, sunny climates. Once the water reaches the desired temperature automatically goes to the floor heating with a mandate received from the electronic differential thermostat.
This system saves energy from conventional fuels such as oil or natural gas that can reach very high levels.

Perimeter heat CCTV covering up to 80% the length of the tank water very fast heat transfer.

Solar Collector

Surface with a thermal efficiency specially designed aluminium fins semi-selective colour processing for full absorption of solar radiation.
Crystal Special (opaque, anti-reflective and unbreakable) 4mm thick maximum permeability and resistance to sudden temperature changes.
Insulation glass wool pressed hard prepainted thickness up to 45mm.
Frame aluminium profiles specially designed for complete sealing and add robustness and special profile rubber over the glass.

SOLAR HOUSE B&T

These systems are manufactured by combining the most economical and efficient operation of a solar system with the aesthetic. Thus, it is possible to place the collectors on the roof of your house and the boiler in the boiler room. Beyond aesthetics, the heater can operate even when there isn’t sun, warming the water through the boiler and saving energy. This function is controlled by a differential thermostat.
Given the climatic conditions of each place the solar differential thermostats are ideal for maximum performance and fuel economy. It is doubly protected against lightning and electrostatic discharges. Can perform anti-freeze protection program for collectors. It is fully digital and customizable with built-in fault diagnosis. Equipped with display lights show the current temperature sensors and all kinds of warning messages. Installed and adjusted simply to control the circulator of the collectors or the burner of the boiler.
