HEAT PUMP: THE INTELLIGENT HEATING SYSTEM WITH ELECTRCITY.The choice for heating – cooling a building requires the application of a reliable system that combines the low manufacturing and operating cost. You can choose between the following heating systems.

1.Heating with oil boiler
2.Heating with gas boiler
3.Heating with Pellet boiler
4.Heating with Wood boiler
5.Heating with a heat pump (electric boiler)

The heat pump (instead of furnace) is highly reliable and meet the above requirements because it achieves very high efficiency 400% – 600%, compared with oil-gas burners that yield only 90% [ie,while we pay the price for (1)KW in the electric company, our system attaches (4)KW, unlike oil or gas burners with whom we pay for (1)KW and our system attaches (0,9)KW]. The heat pump use is cheaper by up to 80% compared with the system of oil (at a price of 0.90 euros / liter), cheaper by up to 65% compared to the gas system – boiler PELLET and cheaper by 40% compared to the wood boiler system, while, so it avoids the installation of a chimney, container, wood-pellet boiler, and regular and costly supplies of the corresponding fuel. Equally effective is the selection of a photovoltaic system mounted on the roof of the project. This is a very profitable plant, as is done with bank financing (no personal funds), and the money from the sale of the energy returned by the electric company through the relevant account (tax free), the developer is more than enough to cover the bank funding and the annual energy cost of running the plant with ZERO COST and to stay and rest NET PROFIT 148,500 euros in 25 years.Choosing a heat pump system with electric current, first consume power and after 4 months we pay the price for the electric company.

Heat pumps are type INVERTER or DIGITAL SCROLL which means that will work every time with load space and eat, of course, the corresponding current. When this is not achieved by the sun,because of the clouds and we definitely need hot water for a bath, then by placing a differential thermostat, which controls the temperature of both the BOILER and secondly, the external temperature of solar collectors (ie, if sunny) provides us with hot water, because it has ordered secondary energy source to heat the water.If we do not want to install solar (for aesthetic reasons)we use the BOILER – Heat pump (Heater) ARISTON or EMMETI ITALY ENERGY EFFICIENCY having 370% and 70% ENERGY SAVING compared with other BOILER, simply we have hot water all year round at a cost of 120 euros.

The second circuit is the circuit for heating the building, where with the installation of vacuum solar panels and a thermal tank, we provide free hot water flow in the circuits of heating,and energy-saving days of winter,when sun is shining.

Lastly, the summer the same machine provides cooling to the spaces we want at no extra cost of buying A/C with the same heating as low operating costs.
